TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into between Greater Knack Professional Review (“Greater Knack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the Customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”).

Greater Knack Professional Review provides professional certification training services, educational programs, and related digital platforms (collectively referred to as the “Services”). A “Customer” refers to any individual or entity who registers, enrolls, or enters into an agreement to use our Services.

This Agreement becomes effective on the date you register, enroll, or sign a Service Agreement with Greater Knack Professional Review (“Effective Date”).

By registering for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Greater Knack Professional Review reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Greater Knack Professional Review shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain account security.

  • One individual or legal entity may maintain only one active account unless otherwise approved.

2. Communication Consent

By registering with Greater Knack Professional Review, you consent to receive:

  • Service-related communications

  • Academic updates

  • Promotional and marketing emails

  • Important notifications regarding courses, exams, workshops, and events

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

3. Services Scope

Greater Knack Professional Review provides professional certification coaching, academic support, skill-based training, workshops, and related services.

We reserve the right to modify course structure, schedules, faculty, fees, or delivery format (online/offline/hybrid) when necessary.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Misuse, copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell our study materials without written permission.

  • Record, duplicate, or circulate classroom sessions without authorization.

  • Use our materials for commercial purposes without approval.

  • Engage in abusive, defamatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other students.

  • Attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with our digital systems.

  • Use our platform in violation of any applicable law.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

5. Compliance and Monitoring

Greater Knack Professional Review reserves the right to investigate any misuse of services or breach of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement.

6. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Update course content

  • Change faculty members

  • Modify schedules

  • Introduce or discontinue programs

  • Update digital platforms

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online services and are not liable for temporary disruptions due to technical issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All study materials, branding, logos, course content, videos, and training resources are the intellectual property of Greater Knack Professional Review.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

  • Modify content

  • Use our brand name or logo without written permission

8. Publicity & Branding

You may not make public statements suggesting partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Greater Knack Professional Review without prior written approval.

We may use student testimonials, photographs, or academic results for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Fees and Refund Policy

All fees paid to Greater Knack Professional Review are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Failure to attend classes does not entitle the student to a refund.

Any special refund arrangements must be documented in writing and approved by management.

10. Limitation of Liability

Greater Knack Professional Review shall not be liable for:

  • Examination results

  • Career outcomes

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Technical issues beyond our control

We provide training and academic support; exam performance depends on individual effort.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • There is non-payment of fees

  • There is misconduct

  • There is violation of terms

No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
